Every EchoAtlas Empire region is a distinct Vercel deploy backed by a Neon Postgres instance in that jurisdiction. When a partner pins their workspace to a region, ingest writes land in that region's Postgres and never cross jurisdiction boundaries unless the partner explicitly enables cross-region replication. Primary region. All cross-region reads materialise here; partners pinned to US East never have personal data egress outside the US.

Free and pro tier partners can pin their region at /developers/region. Enterprise region pins require operator approval; reach out to your account contact. DPA addenda per region are available on request.
